Operational Bulletin 485-A – Impact on Spouse's BOWP

I have the BOWP already, now I need to apply for my spouse so my question is if I should apply for her in my CIC account or she should create one. Did anybody applied and got it successfully??

^^She should apply herself. The rule forbids anyone using another's MyCIC account (if you're applying online), except for dependents/minors.
