As well, I want to know if someone from Nigeria can travel to Canada with visitor visa at the moment?

Dear Nelson0614, currently Canada's travel restrictions are still in place, and the border is closed.
However, some people such as family members of Canadians&PRs, some international students etc. are exempt from the restrictions. Please check the link below regularly for the latest info. Everything else is just speculation.

It's only possible to travel to Canada as a visitor right now if you have immediate family in Canada.
We don't know how long the border restrictions are going to last. However probably safe to assume they will be in place at least until the end of the year.
for now non essential visitors are not being allowed in (unless You are coming in from the USA).
