Hello, I need to get some information because I want to start my new life since my husband passed away and I would like to fulfill the dream he always had of us opening a restaurant. I've been thinking a lot about what his dreams were. I figure this forum would be a good place for me to write out my ideas and get feedback. I have a plan and I'm gonna follow that. First of all, I need to complete all the legal formalities of starting a business. Luckily we have a relative who is a legal adviser. Then I need to plan to buy equipment and furniture for the restaurant. I need a commercial refrigerator and novelty freezer for the shop. Due to some financial crunch, I'm planning to buy a branded refurbished one. Did anyone had tried it before for your restaurant and share your experience. Finally, I need a chef who has relevant experience in the field.
