Open working permit out of status

hi! Is there someone apply an open working permit after receiving approved in principle? How can you apply? I’m out of status and just got an approved in principle

CBSA seized your passport? That sounds like a bigger problem to me.

Yes i know that is my problem i can’t renew my passort because they seized it. Its a kind of frustrating to me
