Open Working Permit - Multiple employers

Can a "Open Working permit" holder work for multiple employers at the same time, including both full-time and part-time? Thanks.

Thanks for your response. I applied for a open working permit as an accompanying spouse of a ICT employee. I received the passport with visa stamped last week. However, it doesn't have any mention of "open" anywhere on the visa.

The TRV in your passport is not your work permit. You will receive your permit when you enter Canada.

Thanks for your response. So what you are saying is that I will be given the work permit at the border on immigration clearance. Am i understanding it correctly?
