open work premit

i applied online 12 of January 2022 from France for open work premit to join my husband, and biometric done on the 17th of January but i didn't recieve any update yet.
and the estimated time is 9 weeks to process work permit from France, it's taking longer than expected.
did anyone applied from France has news? and for this type of visa is the medical exam required or not?
