Hello folks,my wife is getting the student visa and the stage now is doing an english test to be given letter from trinity western university! I heard about the open work permit! I was wondering if she can include me as spouse to get a spouse open work permit because we have a daughter of one year and 8 months or if she can submit the application only our daughter! What do you advise?

For the majority of Canadian open work permits they grant the spouse their own permit. You have to read the guide, use the correct form and palethy.

No, you are not eligible for open work permit, you only eligible for open work permit if your spouse working in Canada or your spouse is PR or Canadian citizens. A lot of scammers here and don’t pay to anyone if asking the money. I am also from Pakistan and just giving you advice, don’t pay to anyone.I am outside Canada and never been to Canada before.
