Hi , I have lodged my Lmia application on 17th March 2022 and biometric have been done on 24th March. My application status is background check is in processing . does anyone know how much time will be taken for visa. Thanks

Hello guys, I need help!
I got closed work permit and intrested in applying for my spouse and kids. I have some queries please do help me in this regard.
1- Which format I have to use for applying. IRCC & GCKEY.
2- Application form has to be submitted under visitor visa or directly applying for open work permit visa.
3- Please do share with me link so that I can directly submit the form.

Hi,
Im a Permanent resident and i want to apply open work permit for my wife. While applying there was one question which says:

Are you a spouse, common-law partner or dependent child of a person who:

• Holds a work permit or is applying for a work permit
• (only spouses or common-law partners) holds a study permit and is a full-time student in a post-graduation work permit (PGWP) eligible program of study at a PGWP eligible designated learning institution?;
• holds a temporary resident permit that is valid for 6 months or more;
• applied for permanent residence to an office in-Canada and was determined to be eligible for permanent resident status (first stage approval); or
• is subject of a removal order that is unenforceable

what should i select YES or NO?

And another question is should AOR mail should be attached in supporting documents while applying open work permit? As I see there is no upload option for AOR letter.
