I recently married a permanent resident of Canada. He's in India currently with me. t's mentioned that Spousal visa will take upto a year if he's gonna sponsor me. He's returning to Canada in a month, Is there anyway I can go along with him. Like apply for open work permit or something similar..

You can apply for a TRV. However, with a PR spouse, chances of approval are low. If it is approved, you can come to Canada as a visitor and apply inland for PR with an OWP.

No - not possible. The OWP is only an option if you are able to come to Canada on a TRV and apply for PR inland.
