Open Work Permit!!

Hi! I would like to know,

I am in the process of applying Outland Sponsorship and I have already got an TRV and can visit Canada until the Year 2020. I would like to know if it is possible for me to apply for Open Work Permit during my visit to Canada while my Outland Sponsorship is under process.

If not then Can I change from Outland to Inland when I am in Canada for a visit.

Please advice!

No. The OWP is only available to inland applicants. You cannot change your application from Outland to Inland.
