Open Work Permit

Im applying for an open work permit and am confused about the fees,

Am i paying Work permit $155 and open work permit holder $100 fees?

Hello, Ben.

The (extra) $100 is a new fee for Open Work Permits. It started Feb-21st 2015. You can see more changes and explanations at cic.gc.ca > immigration > work.

I applied for the extension of my Open work permit inside Canada. I just received the email from the cic that you have to pay $100 fee ( some new fee) along with IPRMS number mentioned on the receipt.
Can somebody help me what is this IPRMS number and how will i get it , though i have paid the fee online but when my uploaded recipt must contain this IPRMS number.

Please assist , it very urgent.

I guess, you try it from here https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/ (If you are not registered, please register with your email and password https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/ols/register.do) and then pay your fee, by selecting the Immigration > Temporary Residence > Open Work Permit Holder fee > Enter 1 > Navigate until end and you will pay the Fee here, then you will receive an email with the Receipt (in pdf) submit this with your CIC Account. I believe, the IPRMA number is nothing but the Bar code of payment you will receive after you pay (you will have this in your pdf sent to your email too after successful payment). Good Luck!!

I have received similar email from CIC yesterday and facing same problem.
Can you jus confirm that online payment is going to work the same way as Jaffa has described.
