Nice of you to quote my first (of many posts, trying to do a deep dive into your situation), where I acknowledge the monetary issue, but will now gladly refrain from further posts. Maybe you could just expect that your fee(s) will not be refunded and then celebrate if they are. Seems to me it would be better than being stuck in the vortex that you are in, at least for today.
You edited your initial reply to include the part about calling the IRCC and the taxes after I had already replied to make your original reply appear helpful which can be seen in the original quote I posted, which it is not only deceitful, but it also shows bad faith once you started pretending all you were trying to do was help when in fact to anyone reading this can clearly see it was anything but help.

You claim that you were "trying to deep dive into my situation", which is a blatant lie, here is exactly what you did:
  1. Joked about the issue at hand and made a snarky comment that was in no way helpful at all to what I asked
  2. Then you started changing topics to the semantics of what the start of processing actually is by calling it "madness" when I never asked for anything close to that
  3. Then you started joking about me not knowing when the start even begins which, yet again, was never what I was asking to begin with and was an absolute pointless thing for the original purpose of the thread
  4. Then you kept suggesting the process likely already began, after you described that anyone doing what you just did would just be madness, your own words, and still completely irrelevant to the original topic
  5. Then you got offended when I called out your very unhelpful contributions and instead of you respecting my requests you double down on your pride by jokingly suggesting I should just pay for legal help instead of trying to ask someone here for help, as if you had any authority here to do that
  6. And to finish it off, after all of that, you pretend that all you were trying to do was "help", attempt to make it look like you did in fact noted the monetary issue AFTER I pointed it out, while ignoring the fact that none, NONE of your replies ever addressed anything regarding the original topic which was definitely not about the details of when an application has or hasn't begun processing, but regarding the refund of fees.

Please do refrain from further posts in this thread if that is the kind of "help" you were interested in sharing, I appreciate that.

You cannot say, with absolute certainty, that my `claim' was not accurate and truthful.

1. Open for interpretation.
2. See #1
3. See #1
4. See # 1
5. I stand behind my comments. NOBODY here can confidently tell you:
a. What the problem is, if there is one, with IRCC
b. How far along the OWP was to being issued.
6. Absolutely false. You will see that I mentioned the monetary issue in my first reply to you. Look again.

At the end of the day, your spouse is now a PR of Canada. Your spouse completed everything in just over 4 months!! Congratulations!

I did update my original post to address the monetary issue, which was 2 minutes before you posted and included my post. I honestly did not know that you had replied so quickly and my *edit* was in no way meant to be deceiving. Have you never edited a post?
I do apologize for that.
FWIW, I never mentioned anything about "...and the taxes", so not sure what you mean there.
