Just warning that primary applicant usually gets processed faster. Your husband seems to have qualified for high skilled fast processing. Perhaps you will be processed a bit faster as well. Would not purchase a flight until you have received approval.

U mean to say I may aslo can get visa in 3weeks
 
I submitted SOWP application from CIC in Canada for my wife in India on Nov 13th. Completed Bi Metrics next day and the application shows its Completed. I am not sure will indian office process the application or Canadian Office? Any idea Guys?
