open work permit refusal

hello everyone,
I need an urgent help regarding the open work permit in which i have received 2 times refusal. In the first attempt I have applied it by myself and then applied it through a consultant. The application was rejected both the times. Request you all to suggest whether to apply it again by myself or hire a new consultant. The previous consultant asked me to apply caips note which will take lot of time. As my husband’s study visa for 1 year is till july 2020 and I need to apply it asap. According to the sources, if the validity of my husband’s visa is less than 6 months then there is high chances of refusal on my application.

Kindly provide your valuable comments so that it will be clear and easy way for my work permit visa.

Thank you

So you can provide no clues here on why you think your applications have been refused. For any one to comment you need to at least to provide a few clues given anything else would be pure speculation and may not really help your case.

this is my 1st refusal letter

This refers to your application for a work permit to Canada. I have completed my assessment of your application and I have determined that you do not meet the requirements for a work permit; therefore, your application is refused.
In accordance with Section A11(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA), any person wishing to become a temporary resident of Canada must satisfy an officer that he or she is not inadmissible to Canada and meets the requirements of the Act. This includes the requirement to establish to the satisfaction of the officer that the applicant will respect their conditions of admission and will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for his or her stay.
In reaching a decision, an officer considers several factors; these may include the applicant’s travel and identity documents, reason for travel to Canada, contacts in Canada, financial means for the trip; ties to country of residence (including immigration status, employment and family ties) and whether the applicant would be likely to leave Canada at the end of his/her authorized stay.
Following an examination of your application, I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the Act and the Regulations for the reasons explained below. I am therefore refusing your application.

10/22/2019 Gmail - Temporary Resident Visa Application
Grounds for refusal:
· I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 200(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
This application is closed and this letter communicates our final and official decision in respect of it.

and 2 nd refusal

Very generic reason, caips notes are your best hope.
But probably has something to do with having weak ties to your home country.

The fact your husbands work permit expires in less than a year is probably one of the reasons your are being refused. I suspect you have little chance at a successful application with out

Either way, his SV expires in less than a year. And he doesn’t have a EP yet, so you don’t qualify he gets a job in the correct category.

You are unlikely to get the work permit at this point as others have suggested its not a matter of finding some special consultant. The best advice is get caips notes and then wait till husband gets PGWP and 3 payslips then apply for spouse open work permit with that.

SOWP are not guaranteed for spouses of international students. With so little time left in his studies the chances of approval are low. Apply once he has PGWP, a job in NOC 0, S or B and 3 pay stubs. Your chances of SOWP will be much better then. Would also order CAIPS.

Get CAIPS notes.
Wouldn't make sense, why would someone move for 7 months to Canada?
As SOWP aren't guaranteed, apply after your spouse gets PGWP.

Taking into consideration the limited time of study, the SOWP might've been rejected.
Since you have all these reasons to be in India, why not just apply for a TRV ?
