My common law partner is going to be submitting an application for an open work permit at the same time that we submit our application for an inland sponsorship. The website says that we should be mailing the application for the work permit in with the paperwork for sponsorship, but the only options for a mail-in application for the work permit are if he can't apply online due to a disability or there being something wrong with the website. Should he select that there is something wrong with the site?

As far as I know this is just an issue with them not specifying properly that open work permits accompanying inland PR applications are supposed to be mailed in. You must mail it with your PR application to be eligible to receive it
