Open work permit quest (need help)

Hi everybody

i have been received my Certificate of nomination to a provincial nominee and
they say notice of nomination has been sent to the centralized intake office in Sydney Nova scotia.

so am I able to apply for an open work permit with this Certificate of nomination to a provincial nominee right now
or there is another approval i should wait for it before i apply for an open WP ??

and could you please explain to me what forms should i fill and how coz i can't find a link to those forms on the CIC

You need to first apply for immigration under the provincial nominee program and get you AOR.

After getting your AOR, you can then apply for a bridging open work permit.

depending on your experience, during the processing time of my application for immigration, approximately, when does the AOR should be issued ?
