Yes. AOR received and OWP application was sent beginning of November (online).

applied by paper, recieved on 12 september. Recieved AOR. Current stage is AIP
- not able to link OWP in GCKey
- no news either regarding progress on OWP

Thanks for starting this thread. Could you please tell how you went about submitting the SOWP? We just got our AOR and trying to do the same.
On GCKey, we did:
- "apply to come to Canada"
- select "determine eligibility" button
- Pick "Work" and "Temporary, greater than 6m"
- ...
- family member who is Canadian citizen or PR
...
- YES to "I am applying for an open work permit under an active public policy or pilot program announced by IRCC" ...

That essentially brought me to submit the following documents: 5710, passport, medical proof, photo, AOR in client Info, and surprisingly IMM5257.

Did you follow the same process? the 5257 threw me off as I am already in Canada (inland)?
Also, for document checklist did not ask for IMM5707 (which I am supposed to upload per https://www.ircc.canada.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1163&top=17).
