If it's open work permit what documents should submit bank balance wtc

This question was answered yesterday. It also seems like your spouse is attending a language course before starting her bachelors. I would apply for SOWP after her language course is over.

Spouses don’t qualify for SOWP during language courses but CIC may view language course as a part of bachelors in this situation. I would wait. Yes get CAIPS is a good idea. You wanted to remain permanently in Canada so that is why the TRV was refused. SOWP is not guaranteed for spouses of international students. One of the things you will need to show is that you have the extra funds to support 2 more people but finances are only a portion of the reason people get accepted.

If your wife is studying for 5 years all of the money would be used up. Are these liquid assets. Properties only count so much. You will have to look at CAIPS?

Ooh OK ye they said it will take nearly 4 weeks to get the CAIPS.is it possible to take as soon I did through laywer to reapply
