Open work permit or not/ viable Canadian work experience or not?

::) Hi everyone, I would appreciate any authentic response from anyone, For a viable Canadian work experience is the below considered to be an open work permit for express entry application if I had worked on the following work permit for about 2 years, got this along with a study permit description:

Case Type: 24
HRSDC/RHDCC #: nothing mentioned
Travel Doc No: My P P number
Employer: nothing mentioned
Employment Location: Unknown
Occupation/Profession: Open
Conditions:
1. NOT VALID FOR EMPLOYMENT IN BUSINESSES RELATED TO THE SEX TRADE SUCH AS STRIP CLUBS,
MASSAGE PARLOURS OR ESCORT SERVICES.


Remarks/Observations:
AUTHORIZED TO UNDERTAKE EMPLOYMENT WHICH FORMS INTEGRAL PART OF STUDIES AS CERTIFIED BY THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION.
EMPLOYER IS CERTIFIED GENERAL ACCOUNTANTS OF ONTARIO

So is it an open work permit cuz I had been confused that if no matter what (your study is intermittent or professional one) once you get the work permit along with study permit it's not considerable work experience by the immigration Canada?? is that true

Important matter, anyone thanks

Need a minute if anyone has some right information. I am hoping that it's not a co-op and is open work permit to be counted as the valid work experience..
