Open work permit job offer | can be considered in Express entry application?

Hi,

I came to Canada in 2018 on visitor visa with my Spouse, who is having a closed work permit, and later with the reference of my Spouse's closed WP I applied and got the open work permit, and on open work permit I got a permanent job in a IT company.
Now I am planning to apply for Express Entry, so my question is that:

1. Does the offer letter of my current job will be considered as a JOB Offer letter in the Express Entry application?

Do you have an LMIA approved job offer ? Open work permit does not fall under that category.

Thanks for replying, I got a simple offer letter from my employer having usual details like compensation, permanent position, policies etc., it would be good if you further explain what is a LMIA approved job offer and how is it different from usual job offer letters ?

No - you won't get job offer points. Your employer must obtain an approved LMIA if you want job offer points.
