Open Work Permit for Spouse

Hi there,

I am from India, I just got married and now me and my husband are planning to settle in Canada.

I have master degree in computer science and engineering and got 4 Years of work experience in IT Sector and I have experience on various latest technologies like DevOPs, DevSPACE and Docker

My spouse has a Bachelors degree in information technology, and have 6.5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure services and currently working with Cognizant India as a Sr. Process Executive.

I want to know few things before we apply for canada:

1. Which study/course is best for me which can help us in settling in Canada.
2. I have a master degree from India already.is it possible for me to do masters in Canada again
3. Is it possible for me to work part time in Canada
4. What are chances for my husband on getting spouse visa along with me? When should I apply?
5. Can i get work permit as well?
6. How long can i work in Canada?
7. How to get job in Canada?
8. I completed my masters in the year 2013. having work experience of 4 years. I'm planning to do masters in 2018. I have a gap after education though i have my work experience. Will that be a problem??
9. My spouse has to resign the job and come with me to Canada. Is it possible for him to get a job with a open work permit.

Have you considered looking at the express entry options? It will be quite difficult to get approval for another master's degree because a PhD is the logical next step.
