Spouse open work permit for PGWP Holder

I have a Post Graduated Work Permit (PGWP), and part-time low-skilled job (NOC Teer 5) in Fortinos. Can I help my spouse to get a open work permit? Thank you very much if you have the same experience to share with me.

I find specific rules in IRCC Website (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...t-spouses-dependent-children/eligibility.html). Just want make sure if the job is ok to be part-time.
