Open Work Permit (for spouse)

I know I have seen the answer to this , but cannot find it at the moment.

We did not know that my husband could submit OPW with the application for his PR.

Just wondering how we can submit it now rather than waiting for stage 1 approval.

hi if its an inland application. OWP will be processed after AIP roughly 12 months. Outland applicants dont qualify for an OWP.
