Hi All

Can my spouse get an Open Work Permit.

I have a work permit with NOC2174 and I have applied for PR under Canadian Experienced Class Express Entry last week.

She wants to work and we need to know if she can apply for Open Work Permit

She can get the Open Work permit with the expiry date as yours, provided you have more then 6 months left on your Work Permit.....hope that helps...
