Hello,
Please help me if anyone had a similar situation. I am inCanada on a post graduate work permit valid until 2015 and I have a 0 NOC job. My husband is from Mexico and he had to live Canada because his refugee claim was denied. Few months ago he applied for a owp but his application was denied. With his application he enclosed the copy of my work permit, my employment agreement, a letter.from my employer.
Now we don't know what to do next, should we apply again for a owp or should we try to apply for a visitor's visa.
Thank you for your help.

I don't think there's very much chance if any that your husband will be approved for an open work permit. To approve him CIC wants to see that he has strong ties to his home country and isn't at risk of overstaying his visa. The failed refugee claim will make this extremely difficult to prove. Unfortunately I don't think he has any chance of being approved for a visit visa either. However you can certainly try applying.
