Open work permit application with spouse sponsorship

Hi Guys,

I am applying for spouse sponsorship and have filled all the form according to the checklist.
I am trying to figure out what is the open Work permit application I need to fill along with the PR sponsorship?

I cannot see it in the checklist. Can someone pls share the link ?
