open spouse work permit and pr

Greetings Everyone,


I am currently applying spouse open work permit for my wife.

1. Once she gets the work permit can we apply for PR ??

I am currently in Canada with a full time job NOC CLASS A job,full time and graduated from a University with a Masters degree.

She is planning to come next year in Jan.

2. Suppose i apply for PR after she receives work permit and we do not receive an update on pr status till Jan, can she still come to Canada?

3. Does she have to submit her passport in India to get the stamp or can she come here and get it?
