Open Spousal WP - Timelines

Can anyone please let me know how long does it take to get Open Spousal WP from within Canada. I am not able to check the status of my application online.

I have applied Online and the only docs asked was the copy of Passport.

PNP ? not sure wht is this ?

u have to submit ur spouse wp, pay stub, marriage certificate bank balance etc.

when is ur visitor visa going to expired?

While appliying Online none of these copies/ information were asked neither do I have received query from asking for these copies.

Please let me know can I still send the copies/ information you stated and where ??

I am waiting for the WP to arrive now as its almost a month now ...

Now work permit processing time is around 3 months ,
u said u applied around 3 rd december. so i think u have to still wait for 50 days more.

i do not think u can not submit now . may be u have to apply again.
but i would prefer paper application.

did u ask some1 before applying?

did u get all info from cic before applying?

what visa do i need to apply for her? is it TRV?

do we face any problem in getting TRV?

u have to apply for trv for her. u should include ur job offer letter,pnp letter.medical request letter, pay stub, bank balance more than 20k marriage certi and supporting docs for ur wife.

I am working in Work permit and i am applying for my extension. My spouse is working in an open work permit application.
My company is not ready to include my spousal open work permit application along with my extension. So i need to apply for her open WP extension separately.

Can any one tell me how to proceed for my spousal open WP extension.

what are the chances of getting TRV rejected? i see in the forums many TRV gets rejected for spouse

y do not u wait for passport request. u done medical 10 july so wait for request.

or u can try trv. does nt matter if she get rejected. it does nt affect on pr file.

in ur case its too low but it depends on how u submit ur docs and how u prepare ur file.
