Open spousal work permit vs spousal permanent residency

Hello,

i got nomination certificate from Ontario for master graduate stream.

but now I am doing my file with express entry as I got invitation.

so should I show my nomination?

as in express entry, they are asking that do you have any nomination certificate?But I am confused because I am doing express entry
