When you submit you PR app together with the OWP app, I am assuming you would still be working with an employer, so you have valid WP and TRV. It would be like going on a vacation. Ask for a letter from your employer indicating you'd be going on a vacation and is going back to work for them when you return to Canada. Check that your WP and TRV are not expired.
