I already have an AOR. I have applied under the CEC.

Can I create one more express entry profile while my PR application is in process ?
I have apprehension that my current application could be rejected.

No, you can not create a express entry profile unless you have declined your initial invitation.

What does make you think you could be rejected?

Why don't you raise a CSE and upload the coloured scan and mention reason that you had by mistake uploaded a black & white scan. you've just applied so you still have time before background checks start.

I did raise a CSE and upload a color copy. Thanks.

Incidentally does anyone know at what point of time all the documents are checked ?

AOR appears to be automated.

I believe you don't have anything to worry about. Since you have raised CSE, they will not make decision about your application without having a look at all your CSE.
