I had a quick look at the application guide. It seems you just need to sit and wait to get a Notification of Interest from OOPNP so that you can apply to their stream.

found it but its pretty vague on what specific criterias .
its pretty much the same parameters we already know under EE
i pretty much qualify on all the criteria ,work exp, clb level 7, funds, FSW grid score 67/100, ECA equivalent to a canadian bachelors, and my score is at the 400s... maybe it will boil down to the NOC we are in...

who knows ontario might just send us an invite ;D

2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible to apply for the Ontario Human Capital Priorities Stream, you
must meet the following provincial criteria:
1. Work Experience: All applicants require a minimum level of work
experience:
o If you choose to be assessed against the FSWP criteria, OOPNP

continuous part-time paid work experience in a National Occupation
Classification (NOC) level 0, A, or B occupation in the past five years
from the date of the PT Notification of Interest from Ontario.
The one year minimum of continuous and full-time (or equivalent
continuous part-time) employment must have been completed in one
specific NOC occupation.
o If you choose to be assessed against the CEC criteria, OOPNP requires
that you have a minimum of one year of cumulative and full-time
employment (1,560 hours or more) or an equal amount in part-time
paid work experience in a NOC 0, A, or B occupation in Canada in the
past three years from the date of the PT notification of interest
from OOPNP.
See Section 3.1 for further information.
2. Education: All applicants must have a Canadian Bachelor’s, Master’s or

I am already seeing folks experimenting by deleting and creating new EE profiles. Want to wait for some more time to see if this is going to work.

This is real great news for many of us, but it only really helps residents of Ontario. I am so relieved I am eligible for this.

Hi, I am currently working in Alberta (full time, completed one year) have not applied for AINP.
my EE score is 401 (just eligible)
I have all the supporting docs for OOPNP, its just that my one year work exp is in Alberta.
Can i still apply for the OOPNP, even after staying in Alberta?
Do i have to personally be in Ontario to apply?
I have completed my studies in Ontario and can proove my ties to Ontario.
Please help ..
