Hi,
I have a question about EE application. When i'm working on the application form, it asks about if i have applied for PR before (if yes, file number). I applied for Quebec CSQ in 2013, but cancelled by application because i did not want to proceed. I have a Quebec file number (N.dossier), not federal file number. Do i answer yes or no for EE?

Thanks.

got ITA finally on 23rd oct and accepted it.

time line:
app rcvd by oopnp: 13th july
AOR : 4th sep
nominated : 15tnh october
ITA: 23rd october

thanks a lot guys.

HI Guys..

Got ITA on 23rd Oct.. After a long wait of 4 months... :D :D
Points after PNP acceptance : 1037

Accepted ITA.

Now, started filling forms.

Sorry if this has already been asked, I couldn't find it elsewhere!

I got my OOPNP and got my ITA yesterday. Should I now be saying 'yes' to the question 'Has xxx received a nomination certificate from a province or territory?' or is that for people who got a nomination that didn't automatically add the points to their system, ie from years prior to this?

If the answer is yes, do I have to wait for my physical nomination to arrive in the mail and uploaded it with my application?

You can answer yes to that question....but there is no section to upload nomination letter after post ITA...

Hello,

I have question regarding "Personal activities" part. I completed all of them but then it still says it's incomplete .. What did I do wrong? ><

1- My wife is working as home tutor, privately provide tuition to students at home. In her work history I have mentioned her related NOC and job as "self employed", the system is asking now to upload her experience certificate so that system can calculate her points but I didn't include her any points in my application.

2- She has TWO visits to Dubai..
1st visit is for tourism purpose from Pakistan to Dubai from 31-08-2013 to 29-10-2013.
2nd visit is from 20-11-2013 to 11-01-2014 for employment purpose.

These visits are discontinuously and if a person calculate those months, they are not equal to 6 months. But in PCC field, they are asking "Police Certificates (Multiple)..?

What do I have to upload in "Marriage Licence/Certificate" and in "Relationship Proof"..?? aren't both same? is it related to my documents?
Also, one more thing is "Family member proof of status".. what is it for?

Check if there are any gaps - even as little as 1 month.

Guys,

I have a similar question, I have read that many people are saying that if you do not want to claim points for spouse work experience you should not put it in the profile or the system will ask for degrees. I have add it for my husband, and it says 0 points, and now I would like to delete it but as I'm waiting for OINP nomination I'm afraid that it can be a problem if I do it now.

When is the best time to change it? After nomination (if I get it :))? Does the system lock when you accept nomination or it only locks when you accept ITA?

Thanks,
H

You will still able to change the details in your EE profile after getting ITA except your name and DOB. Since you don't want to claim points for your spouses work exp you should allow his details to be in personal history but remove the details of work hist for him. That way system won't ask you for proofs for his work exp. You can very well make this change after nomination and ITA acceptance

Thanks rajanvnv...I was also looking for the same thing asked by Helena....

Just one doubt...won't it be a misrepresentation...if spouse's work exp list is zero whereas the personal history list having details of education and employment... please advice.

police certificate is for a country not for a city.. so one PCC from india is enough.

you need to fill online application for PCC

http://passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/online/pccOnlineApp

and then pay 500 rupees and go to the nearest esave where you took the appointment through the above mentioned website and make sure you carry your orignal passport as they stamp on your passport.
while filling the application you will be asked for which country do you need the PCC... mention canada.

hope this helps. if it did pres good :))
thanks

It is not a misrepresentation. You still show all of them in the personal history but you are not showing it in work history as you do not want to claim points for it. You can try entering the details in work history and next time remove it from work history and both times generate the personalized checklist and you will see the difference. When you remove the details from work history, the system does not prompt you to add reference and other employment letters but these documents are mandatory when the info is mentioned in work history. There are lot of ppl in this forum who have done this in this forum and have been successful. In fact, I have done the same. I do not believe it is misrepresentation.
