I am from pakistan but living in Saudi Arabia as legal resident. Can you please advise about PCC from Saudi Arabia? I think we can only get PCC from Saudi Arabia after submission of application for PR.

Hey guys,

Firstly, happy holidays to one and all. May all your dreams come true in the new year.

I have a few questions, if somebody can advise:

1. How long do they give for PPR to submit our passports? 30 days? 60 days??

2. Is there even a PPR anymore in the new EE system? In their official instructions, I only see a mention of COPR. (?)

3. I have recently got Australian PR as backup option. If I go there and validate my PR, say, in Jan or Feb and then come back... and then I get Canada PPR in March, will the Aus entry/exit stamps on my passport raise doubts in their head or make them question me regarding what visa I went on?? Anybody here with past or present experience of such a situation?

Even though it is not required as per the rules, I suggest you do get a PCC from Saudi for your wife as well to avoid confusion.
For home country (assuming it is India), because of the recent rejections, get a PCC from PSK to be safe.

I am from PAK. Anyone in this forum who has taken PCC from Saudi? Was it taken after submission of e-APR? How much time usually it take?

1. Nominee Apllication Form
2. Copy of current resume
3. Copies of employment reference letters
4. Copy of work contracts
5. Copy of pay stubs
6. Notarized degree and transcripts
7. Copy of the ECA Reports(Both Applicant and Spouse)
8. Copy of IELTS Certificate
9. Settlement of Funds(Balance Certificate and Six Months stamped bank statements)
10. Intention to reside in Ontario letter
11. Photographs
12. Provide a copy of your birth certificate
13. Passport + Old Passport Applicant(All Pages)
14. Passport + Old Passport Spouse(Photo & Personal Info Pages)
15. Birth Certificate
16. Proof's of Relatives in Canada(Cousin Aunt's Birth Certificate, pay Stub and Driving License)

You need PR card/citizen card copy of your relative in Canada. Further attach documents to prove your relationship
