Praveen, for info, in case you do come across some friend / relative in Canada, the cost of ordering the notes is CAD 5 using AITP.

For gcmsnotes and visainfo, the cost is upwards of CAD 23.

I need help in understanding my OINP nomination status and validity of IELTS scores while I wait for my FBI PCC to be added to the PR application. Here is my timeline:

EE created: 03/08/2015 (CRS – 400)
OINP AOR: 26/11/2015 (of receiving on 15/09/2015)
Drop in CRS: 02/12/2015 (to 390 due to age)
OINP received: 29/03/2016 – valid till 25/09/2016
FBI PCC Sent: 01/04/2016 (received on 11/04/2016)
ITA: 06/04/2016 (with CRS 990)
AOR: 03/06/2016
FBI PCC Deadline by CIC: 8/8/2016
IELTS taken: 02/08/2014

What I am worried about are the following:

- do I need to take IELTS again as this will expire on 01/08/2016? Or it needs to be valid up to the date of e-APR submission (3rd June)
- OINP nomination will expire in 25th September. Do I need to ask Ontario for extensions if my case is not finalized by then? In that case, will they reject my nomination seeing that my CRS is < 400?

I am facing a tricky question from IRCC regarding proof of funds. Got e-APR on 26-Jan-2016 and Sch 4/4A and medicals passed on 28-Jan-2016. Now after almost 5 months, they sent a letter asking for proof of funds. Below is the excerpt from letter'

Funds, proof: Proof of funds. Please provide an updated statement from your bank. This must be received at this office by June XX , 2016.

------

Now, I have 2 questions.;

1- Do I need to send final letter from bank or 6 month statement as the request does not specifically ask for 6 months statement.
2- LICO required is 18,617 CAD for 3 member family. At the time of e-APR submission on 25-Jan -2016, I showed funds of around 23,000 CAD but as of today, I have around 13,000 CAD. Although, I have remaining money with me but that is in cash that I withdrawn last month as I have to use for foreign travel. Also, I have my salary slips which show monthly incoming to my account approximately 6000 + CAD. So, in a nutshell I have the money and backup proof that I own it but due to somehow bad management of funds, my bank account does not say that. Please advise if can deposit cash back to my account and then send the statement to IRCC with required POF?

As it does not ask for 6 months statements explicitly, you can submit your latest up-to-date statement for the past month.

Ouch! You have no choice but to deposit that money in the bank and then get the updated statement. Now, please provide them proof of the trail - In a nutshell, you need to conclusively prove beyond reasonable doubt that the funds are yours and not borrowed.
