OOPNP - No PT question, will you get ITA if points drop?

What happens if you don't receive PT from Ontario PNP Human capital stream,

can you still get ITA if points go down in such a way that you have more points then the draw?

For example:

410 points - Applied to Ontario PNP stream. Did not get PT.
But a draw came along and minimum points for ITA were 405.
Will you get ITA, even though no PT from Ontario?

Yes.

yes.. if you get PT and you accept it then you will not get the ITA. otherwise you get ITA if the score goes less than or equal to yours.
