Nothing wrong with creating 2 profiles (temporarily, keeping OOPNP and their weird condition in mind) but keep in mind that OOPNP seems to have slowed down in terms of issuing PTs.

EDIT : Jkal is right of course. I should've expanded on the word 'temporarily'. :)
 
As per twitter from CIC, more than 1 profile may ruin your chances of ITA. What i did, was, created new profile and completed JB reg, let the new profile come up active and eligible and then i deleted old profile after JB de-registeration.

They've probably stopped issuing already. Or it's randomized and we're just reaaally unlucky.

Nothing we can do anyway. Let's just keep calm, hope for the best, and expect the worst.

If any one of you got one, do not forget to update your brothers in arms in not getting a PT hehe.
 
Even if I reappear for IELTS on this coming weekend, I'm going to get its result at least two weeks AFTER that date. Or the next attempt is coming on 11-July-2015. Which means, its result will come two weeks after that date.

How long will OO PNP be open for this year (2015) ? Do I have a chance for applying for OO PNP by the end of July ?

one of my friend received PT today..NOC is 2174..
 
Recreated Express Entry profile yesterday with NOC 2133

Received invitation to apply for OOPNP today. So not bad !
 
Received PT too !! re created profile on sunday and recvd PT today .. not bad at all!!

Finally I got PT today a/f 1 week waiting.

By God's grace received I got a PT too..NOC 3012.
Can someone please tell me about the next steps.
