Hello Everybody,

I think i have some good news, here is what i received just now:

" The Government of Ontario is interested in considering you for nomination under its Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) through Express Entry.

If you want Ontario to consider you for nomination under its PNP you must contact Ontario directly after receiving this letter. Note that this letter of interest is not a guarantee that you will be nominated by Ontario. You will first have to satisfy Ontario that you meet the requirements of their program."

is this what everybody is waiting for after JAn 23rd ? what's next , there is no number or anything, they asked me to contact them, what should i say and what will they ask ? any help please would be greatly appreciated !

Congratulations, You have received the PT NOI. I believe there is an online system now. Just download the forms , fill them in and send your application.

Yes I too got the same message. So does "contacting Ontario directly" means going ahead and complete the online appli. immediately?

That is good to hear. So it means that they have resumed invitations for the French stream. Supporting documents are the same, but now you shall apply online. Check heir new guide carefully. You will find there how to apply online (it looks similar like SINP online application to me).

You got the invitation after 23.1.2017 so you have to use the new guide.

Same thing. I've even tried to read through the new guide but all it says is to look for a "case number" and start from threre. But this number is no where to be found on the portal! confusing!

Before you can submit an online application, you must first register for a ONe-key
account and create an ID and password.

So go to the link posted in that guide and click it. then register in Ontario portal. Once you register you can start with application. As an identifier, you will be using your EE number.

Thanks Vensak, Paul create a ONE KEY account here (the link is on page 15 in the PDF file of the online application guide)
then apply for the french stream, then they will ask you to complete a simple profile form, after the finish a CASE with a NUMBER will be opened in which you will send the documents required.

Thank you Vensak, I have registered with One-Key and have both ID and Password. The problem is to find the tab on the portal to start the application. This is what the guide says "To begin your application, you must log in to your ONe-key account. Once you have arrived at the main page of your OINP e-Filing portal, you can click on the alpha-numeric number found under “Case Number” (i.e. XFSW-1703158)"

Where is the alpha-numeric number? I can't see it anywhere.

Aal take it as a good sign. Since they have online system now, they surely want to finish all old applications and close that part. And also that gap when nobody was getting PT kind of confirms the idea, that they took a bit holiday after all those massive PNP.
