Oui, ca c etait un bon cadeau pour Noel. Mais sinon esperon au Janvier plus tard.

J'avoue que ce serait juste extra d'avoir des nominations d'ici la fin d'année (bon on est déjà le 9 décembre...) mais l'espoir fait vivre !

Enfin moi je dis ça mais j'ai pas d'AOR donc faut que j'espère trop, je me dis qu'ils vont peut être attendre 2017 pour m'envoyer l'AOR histoire que je passe sur les quotas 2017... à suivre ...

I was checking the old November list, and I have found one officer that we now have on that list (LS). So that most likely means, that for those that put their application in English, the officers that treated the older applications are put in charge (it could be that ours are from December batch).

babynoufette ca dure du temps, par fois ils attendent plus long temps pour recevoir le paiement. de 3 a 4 semaines c est normale.

Ah tu penses qu'ils encaissent le paiement et qu'ensuite ils accusent réception ? Remarque c'est pas bête comme idée, et du coup c'est le temps d'encaissement de l'argent qui rallonge l'arrivée de l'AOR (sinon oui j'ai vu sur certains profils qu'ils avaient attendu + de 6 mois, perso j'en meurs !!! lol)

Normalement il devrait ouvrir l'enveloppe, vérifier TOUS les documents... y comprit le 1500 dollar canadien.

Si TOUS les documents sont a jour, il touchera l'argent et t'enverrai le mail d'accusé de réception...

Oui effectivement, ils m'avaient déjà retourné mon dossier car finalement ils n'acceptaient pas le mandat postal...

I asked my bank barclays bank (outside Canada) whether they do certified cheque of 1500 CAD.They said yes it is a draft but different term like certified cheque is used in Canada and in fact a draft is the same thing.Any recommendations?Can I go for it?

Just wanted to share with you that I received Nomination this morning . It was quite a surprise after 8 months of wait (App send in April).
After AOR, I have to go through :
- Bank draft rejected in october (2 month after AOR) (bank draft obtained from CIC bank)
- Then First postal order by La poste rejected as well (mistake in recipient)
- Then second postal order accepted.
- ADR for ECA
- ADR for Ties in Ontario and Proof of funds. I really try to spend some times on explaining why I want to settle in Ontario (No ties in Province) and ease the work for OINP analyst (provide an index for all the documents and so on...)

Suprisingly, I receive the nomination in 8 hours after submitting my doc by email !

Just received a call (about 15 minutes conversation) from one lady asking me details about the following:

- Job description of my actual work
- NOC number

Next step:
- She is going to send me an email requesting other documents.

Impatient d’avoir ce mail… et il faut tout envoyer par mail. Elle va mettre à jour mon dossier et ensuite envoyer l’application a un « Senior Officer »… Let’s hope for the best…
