Il faut distiguer
Ontario demande CBL 7 ou plus sur toutes les 4 capabilies. Si tu les deja obtenu sur un test tu es bon. Mais tu peux toujour reassayer d obtenir plus de point en passant l autre test du TEF (des gens le font pour obtenir des points supplementaires speciellement en IELTS aussi frequement).
Donc oui tu peux repeter ce test mais tu ne peux combiner des resultats de plusieurs tests differents pour obtenir le meiulleurs resultats.
Il ne faut aussi oublier que tu dois avoir CBL 6 d Anglais.

Il faut que tu répète tout le test de nouveau, malheureusement. Tu ne peux pas combiner les résultats de plusieurs épreuves. Bonne chance!

Any other friends who may have read somewhere the database of rejections / returned reasons would be great to have as i am in process of preparing my package.

Welcome DeepBlue! Thanks for sharing. Maybe I'm mistaken, but I think you can update signature only when you have "aged" a bit on the forum.

Which one do you think is the stupidest missing 1 passport page or failing to write name & DOB at the back of the photos?

I have this list that I had compiled. It's mostly from this forum and from immitracker. Do let me know if anyone has come across any other reasons for returned app.

Reasons for returned App
Missing copies of passport pages
Missing copy of last blank page of passport
Missing signature
Signature on page for secondary applicant instead of primary applicant (applicant had no dependants)
Other means of payment used instead of the means of payment acceptable by OINP
Incomplete package
Work experience not gained within 5 years of PT
Condition of the application was damaged when received
Missing marriage certificate
Application Refused. Reached OINP post 45 days of PT
Wrong DD amount (CAD 1560 instead of 1500)
Missing DOB & name at the back of photo (That's mine )
1 photo sent instead of 2
Misunderstanding by OO regarding birth certificate language

OK,
So I just got invitation to big event called Destination Canada. My session will be in Bruxelles (Belgium). There will be all (or amlost all provinces there), some employment agencies and some potential employers (also here it is like 30% restaurants and hotels, 30% IT, 30% some positions for skilled trades, 10% rest).
If a bit possible I would like to speak with somebody from Ontario immigration there in order to understand their backlog and how fast could we be proceed.
I might also (for interest) pass by other provinces to find out the current situation there

Also, today I plan to send out whole package (thanks for mentioning all possible mistakes - add there the part with N/A in the application pls).

And something that might interest more like businessmen or people close to sales or purchasing - CETA agreement Canada with EU was signed yesterday. That might generate some demand for positions that know the other market on both sides

Let me share some news with you friends...

The November-December 2015 applicants have got their Nomination during the past week and I think by the end of this week, I think everyone will be cleared off...

OINP Human Capital has given PT till mid of February 2016. Thus, all these applicants are still waiting for their application to be processed through decision phase... let's hope this process goes on quickly...

I don't know if they will process French Speaking Skilled application first, simultaneously or after... the process of OINP Human Capital for beginning of this year.

Let's hope we can hear some good news before end of this year...

In order to apply, you need so called notification of interest from Ontario (also called PT or NOI). Only then you can apply.
Once you send out your application you will
1. recieved notification of recieve (so called AOR)
2. rejection because of some mistake on your side (in most cases they give some time to correct it and resend it again)

Now the question is: Did you recieve the first?
If no then of course sending out application is in vain
If yes, then check your mail if you recieve AOR notification (sometimes they end up in junk mail). Even if not you can then try over and over to contact Ontario to check up what is your file status.

When I was compiling the current list, I thought all the pioneers on this thread had already got OINP nomination. Do you mean to tell us that you are still waiting? if that is the case would you mind me adding you to the list?
Maybe I should recompile the list to include all members from this thread. The pioneer are not that many anyway and it would not clutter the list . Additionally it will give an idea of the progress on this stream for people who are still wondering.

Just to answer your question, from my preliminary research as I was compiling the list here is the status of the senior in this French stream:

1. helena21 => Nominated on 1st Feb 2016 (PR 30 June 2016)
2. casadog => Nominated on 28 Dec 2015
3. NicoleD => Nominated around 18 January 2016 (not sure of the date but in January 2016)
4. poposky => Not sure if he went ahead to apply applied for OINP nomination
5. Issoufa => receive an ITA (CRS 482)
6. BC4Life => Nominated 06 Oct 2016 (on the current list)

You can follow and share the progress of members on the list from all previos threads onwards.
