The Draft should be payable to "Ontario Minister of Finance" and it should be in CAD.Zahmed87 said:Hello Everyone !
I d like to know how I can make the $1500 payment to Ontario .
What information should I write on the instrument.
Thanks

Since there is restriction from our central bank to make capital outflows, I want my cousin in Canada to make the payment on my behalf.
Therefore I am thinking of sending the draft separately from my application package.
How will I confirm that I am sending the applicant fees. Do I need to insert my EE profile number or any other identification number on the bank draft?
Thanks in advance
I agree with this. I don't think they will work on an application if they are not paid.Jkal said:That would definitely be a bad idea. You don't want to send them an incomplete application.
Why don you send your package to your brother in Canada and have him send it all in one package to OOPNP.
I don't think we need to write N/A for spouse Occupation and Education obtained in Canada as date will not allow to write N/A. I don't think it make any sense to write N/A for rest of the columns.adi1989 said:hello everyone,
I submitted my opnp application on 16th. Yesterday i realized i made some mistakes on my application.
1) I wrote one of my year wrong in my work experience detail section. I wrote 2014 instead of 2013. (But my employment letter anf reference letter has the right date).
2) I missed writing the city name in my contact details. I wrote everything but accidentally missed city.
3) I didn't write N/A in spouse canadian work experience and education table.
Please advise how do i notify the authorities and fix this error.
I am in bad shape.
Hi rajanvnv,rajanvnv said:Zahmed87,
You might want to check with OO PNP (MICIT) regarding if this acceptable to send the draft separately before you do this. As a matter of fact, I have sent across my application package to OOPNP but missed to add copies of my old passport and hence I mailed and called OOPNP multiple times to get clarification in this regard but I never heard back from them. Then, I sent one more courier with old passport copies with a letter and gave my last name, first name, DOB, EXpress entry no and Job validation code so that they can tie back this missed document to the original application. Not sure if they'll consider or not, but I have given a try. Your's is a similar case but only thing is that you are knowingly sending it separate due to certain limitations.
I would suggest you to reach to OOPNP to see if you are getting any clairification. We can also wait other forumites to let us know if this is acceptable. The last option would be to include a letter explaining the reason and send your application and ask your cousin to send the draft.
Seniors/Forumites,
Has anyone the approach of sending the draft separately than ur application.
yes, please go ahead and send the old copies of passport at the earliest. They are definitely considering this request if they have still not opened your package for review. They have accepted the missed document and I also got acknowledgement.pallk said:Hi rajanvnv,
I have made the same mistake of not including my old passport copy in my oopnp application. Did you get an acknowledgement from them after sending the missing documents? Please help with your experience. Thanks.
