Their requirements for education

A. Education
Have a Canadian Bachelor’s, Master's or PhD degree or an Educational Credential Assessment report produced by a designated organization indicating the foreign education is equivalent.

----

Well, I have a Bachelor’s Degree from another country (not assesed though yet) + I graduated from a college here in Canada (not related to my Bachelor's Degree). I also score 400+ points.

So can I apply (or be selected - not sure how it works yet) for Ontario Human Capital Priorities Stream when I get my foreign degree assesed?

Just as it says...

If you have a Bachelors/Masters degree from Canada, you are eligible irrespective of your other degrees from outside Canada for which you might not have an ECA yet.

Also for some strange reason, your profile must have been created after 1st June.

All the best!

yeah, you gotta get it assessed though.
But is it ok if I have never used it in Canada? Its more like a personal title - a bachelor degree under my belt. In Canada, I did a "career switch" and currently working as a cook but my original degree is in economics.

You are ambiguous about your status. When you say you graduated from a college in Canada, do you mean you have a Bachelor/Master degree acquired from a Canadian institution? Or was it a diploma/certification of some sort? If it is the latter, then you'll have to get your original Bachelor's degree assessed by WES or similar agency to be eligible for OOPNP.

Hi, I am currently working in Alberta (full time, completed one year) have not applied for AINP.
my EE score is 401 (just eligible)
I have all the supporting docs for OOPNP, its just that my one year work exp is in Alberta.
Can i still apply for the OOPNP, even after staying in Alberta?
Do i have to personally be in Ontario to apply?
I have completed my studies in Ontario and can proove my ties to Ontario.
Please help ..

2004-2009 - I acquired a Bachelor degree in my home country (South Korea)
2012-2014 - I acquired a college degree from George Brown College

I believe the key eligibility criteria are,

1. Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate from Canada or equivalent from outside Canada supported by ECA
2. CRS score more than 400
3. EE profile created after 1st June

Feel good criteria include having ties with Ontario.

As long as you are good with those 3 criteria, you're eligible.

All the best!
