I have a 2 yr PG Diploma from Ontario but I haven't received my evaluation for my B Tec from India. am I eligible for OOPNP??

You need to get the ECA done if you want to get considered for OOPNP

Add your pay stubs and T4

Someone on this site mentioned applying with only $5000 and showed pay stubs and t4 and it worked. But again it is your call.

They are not busy at that time

Oh don't mention about borrowing money from your friend. Just say you're a couple grand short and what alternatives have

PS: most of the people will be doing this (borrow money)
