OOPNP application receiving

Guys,

I have one minor question to ask.
I received PT for OOPNP on Aug 26 and i sent my applocation through FEDEX and it was deceived on 13th.
My questions are as follows;

1. Through FEDEX online tracking, i saw that my package was received on 13th Sep by someone at reception named "A.Nancy". I still havent got any reply from Ontario people a out my package receiving. Is it normal ?

2. Since my PT for OOPNP is valid for 45 days. Will be it deleted automTically for MyCIC account after 45 days or will it stay in my account till my EE profile is valid ?

3. How can i prove to Ontario govt that my applicationwas received by them in due time ?
This is because i read in forum that Ontario people are taking about 6-8weeks to reply and this time is way above 45 days.

3. How can i prove to Ontario govt that my applicationwas received by them in due time ?
This is because i read in forum that Ontario people are taking about 6-8weeks to reply and this time is way above 45 days.
You would have to trust FEDEX that they delivered, keep the copies handy for proof. They wont reply soon so nothing that you can do at this time other than wait. After few weeks you can email them and they might reply saying that they received your package and it will be processed accordingly.

OINP counts the date the package arrives at their office for the 45 days, not the date they send the AOR.
So Sept 13 is obviously within 45 days of Aug 26, so you're fine.

Need your feedback.
I received OINP Notification of interest on 25-Sep. My FedEx package was delivered only on 11-Nov because of customs delay.
That's the 46th day. Will I be rejected due to this?

Please share your thoughts.

Hi,

I have similar doubts.

I received the PT on 16th October from OINP. I couriered the package which reached the office on 5th November (as per courier tracking).
Now, is there anything more we need to or can do to confirm that or acknowledgement from Ontario that I have sent my package which is received by them, and any further communication is expected?
Or is is just wait and watch?

Rafzy I guess you should be getting your AOR within 2 weeks now.

For those who submitted in November (including me) the AOR is going to be Feb 2016. I don't think its safe to think you would get it earlier (I pray I am wrong)

Hi guys, will "Pause on base stream" affect our OINP under ee? I couriered my package 2 days ago and it will be delivered tomorrow, I think. I am so worried about the news of 'pause on base stream" because it said that the applications after Nov 16 will be returned. Some guys said that base stream refered to paper-based PNP applications, but we still have to send our paper package to Toronto first before we can get 600, right?

I think it will, now after reading the link.

It is mentioned that "OINP has exhausted its base stream allocation for 2015, and the program is unable to issue further nominations under its base streams until January 4, 2016. If you have already submitted an application to the OINP but have not yet received a decision, your application will be finalized in 2016."

So, my understanding is that any courier sent to Ontario based on PT received and no response yet from Ontario means we will have to wait until 2016!

This is not for EE as has been mentioned elsewhere in this forum. I would expect EE OINP applications to go ahead as per normal processing unless Ontario mentions all nominations are paused.
