OOPNP - Application Received Email ?

Hey Everyone!
I hand delivered my OOPNP application on July 23rd. I never received an 'Application Received' email since. I called them 2 weeks ago and they said that they received the application as it is in their system. They just have been back logged recently and that's why they haven't gotten the email out as yet. Which is fine, but I still haven't received any sort of notification from them. Is this normal ?
 
Yes its normal..people have been waiting for more than 1 month to get acknowledgment..wait for it..

Thanks, as I said, I never received an application received email. Forget the anything being cashed or anything along those lines. Seems like whomever applied in June, had everything processed within a months time.

They will only acknowledge your application via e-mail when it passes the completeness check. Encashment happens just before they send the e-mail. You can monitor that link Mutair shared to keep up with the processing timeline.

They're only acknowledging June 30 applicants right now and may only start with July by next week. The processing was faster for the first few applicants in June because they were CEC so they got to hand-deliver their applications and verification by OINP is faster. Since the applications started pouring in, you might have to wait another month or two.
