It just took 6 days to pass. I don't think that it is very long time to wait for medicals to pass.

Did you have anything to do with London UK in the past? I am asking because it looks like they redistribute some files to different VO (especially if your Office is overcrowded). Somebody else mentioned Paris VO only because he did studies in France in the past.

Pakistani applicants are usually processed at London Visa office.
