Hi,
I also got OINP Notification of Interest, I checked my previous organization and they don't provide Roles and Responsibilities. However, my reporting manager is still aligned with the organization and he is willing to share the same. What other documents, I need to provide in order to get my experience evaluated without any hiccups (ADR)?
I read somewhere in past that we need to attach an LOE for this, Does anyone have any format of this? Or anyone is facing same issues ?

I go invita. To apply oinp on 14jan 2019

After that i updated express entry profile as spouse coming with me to canada
And CRS score reduced to 426.
Now i wll submit oinp..is it safe. Or allowed to do so. Or i will get rejected by doing so..

Hello everyone,

I have a CRS of 439 and I received my LOI sometime last week. I am planning to apply to the OINP and wish to get some information on the following-

• Under what circumstances will I loose the $1500 amount and also not get the Ontario nomination?
  
• If some rule immigration rule changes after I submit my application, will I be notified about it in case that necessitates additional documentation?
• With regard to documentation confirming/verifying that I meet the pass mark of 67 points under FSWP assessment (Sub-Section B under required documentation section in the guideline), all I can submit or all that is relevant in my case is my spouse's Language Test results (IELTS). Is that sufficient?
• What is the most common documentation error that can lead to not being nominated?
• My last employer is unable to give me the required payment stubs (since my employment period goes back beyond their documentation retaining period) and I am trying to get them put this is on a letter. What if I am unable to get that justification on an official letter? Is there an acceptable work around?
• What do people do when they don't see a status update for a long time? Is there a way to track your application by paying additional fees?

Any guidance is much appreciated.

I received a NOI from Ontario today as well with 439 EE points.

No french language, so this is the HCP stream re-opening in 2019.

its a relief as i had lost all hope since i will loose a further 5 age points in February.

The extra CAD 1,500 is a small price to pay for the end result.

Thank you. They just pick candidates from the EE pool as far as i know.

Yeah depends on the noc in demand currently in their state

Yes funds must be 3 months old but, I'll have to sell my car for which I will submit the sale documents and will get some gift from my family and attach gift deed.

Yes proof of sale will work. I didn't get the point for brother's bank statement. What's that required for? If you are receiving gift from your brother then you need to make a gift deed along with the proof of funds transferred.
