I am currently doing a job that falls in NOC B. I have done civil engineering technician program. Currently i am planning to do examination for Ontario waste water management certificate. I just want to know that does this certificate adds additional poin

You get the points if applying under the FST stream and it has to be approved as a licensed trade by the Province of Ontario. If you follow the links, it is not included as a licensed trade in Ontario. Certification is for electricians and plumbers which takes years of training and apprenticeship.
