While submitting documents in OINP portal, is it mandatory to submit spouse's IELTS document? Is there a provision to edit and submit IELTS later, before the 45 days window?
-Spouse is accompanying
-Invite on 27/10/2021
-Spouse's IELTS results expected on 9th Dec 2021
-Planning to submit final version on 9th Dec 2021
Yes, if you claim points for spouse's IELTS, then it's mandatory. Otherwise, not needed.

Before the final submission of the profile, you can make all the required changes.

Hi,

I have 6 month unclaimed work experience in not primary NOC.
Could you please advise me, should I add this experience into Work history or Other activities?
If I will add this into Other activities should I add LOE into description field or inside file with all other references?
Also should I mention this experience in my Resume?
Thank you in advance.

hi, my wife ( primary applicant) and I am invited to the latest tech draw. My brother is already in Canada with PR status. I wanted to claim points from his status. From the portal the required documents for proof of this are :
1. Relative's PR information and card.
2. Relative's residence proof ( property tax, electricity bills etc)
3. Relative's Birth certificate.
Out of above, I have 1 & 2, but since my brother doesn't have any birth certificate ( earlier in India Birth certificate was required by the schools for giving admission). Can anyone suggest way forward from here ? My initial thought was since my brother's passport has Father and mother details which are matching with mine, can Passport be used as proof for this?

Please suggest, Thank you

Hi,
In settlement funds,
State the amount of funds ($ CAD) that are currently available to you to cover day to day expenses for you and your dependent family members (if applicable) for the next 6 months.

Should this amount match the POF I show through fixed deposits?
Also the bank said they don't mention the equivalent CAD currency in the letter. Will this be an issue?

Thanks in Advance.

Mention as stated on your bank letter. Do the conversion on your own and explain this point in LOE.

Mention in Work history section and provide the explanation of unclaimed experience in LOE.
