It might be required to be mentioned in travel history and hence if your stay is more then 6 months you will need pcc from Nepal as well. There might also be an option to mention current versus permanent address. I don’t think it application would be affected anywayMy application got in DIP yesterday One step closer to the nomination. I have a query though. I am an Indian citizen and I came to Nepal in March and due to lockdown stuck in here. I am planning to proceed with the application process from here itself as it will be easier to get the PCC from the embassy and also upfront medicals are still going on in here (It quite difficult to get things done in India now ). Any idea will if it creates any trouble as I haven't mentioned anything about Nepal on my application.

I think if you meet the cutoff score that's enough. And if you get the nomination then you will be able to easily clear the cutoff. If you go through https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/submit-profile/rounds-invitations.html site you can see the number of people in the pool for a particular CRS score vs ITA sent the very next day. There is no way you won't get ITA if your score is above cutoff score.Hi,
My application is with a migration agent right now, not like you all. Therefore, I am not able to view the timelines. The only thing I know is that I was invited on the 16th Feb 2021 and I submitted the application on the 17th March 2021. The agent is not able to view the timeline and they say that there is no way to check it. I don't know what's going on. Ontario requested an additional document and I submitted it on the 17th May 2021. I was informed by my agent on the 15th May 2021 evening, I don't know when they were informed about that. I got the document ready quickly, handed it over to the agent and submitted on the 17th May 2021 afternoon. My application is going to complete 75 days next Monday; 31st March 2021. I was only told that the application is in "Assessment" stage few weeks back, that's all. This was before the ADR.
Now my agent says that even if I get nominated by Ontario, it is up to the Ontario government to decide if I receive the nomination in a PNP round or in a Federal Skilled Worker round. They said that this would be mentioned in the letter that we would get from Ontario upon receiving the nomination. Is this true ?
There have been no Federal Skilled Worker round since last December and I am trying to understand what is the point of all this hassle.
Please answer. I would like to see the answer from someone who has already received the nomination since they have already seen the letter sent by Ontario. Does the letter say anything about that ? the type of invitation round which can give you the ITA ?
Regards,
Can I change the application now or should I do it after I receive the nomination? It m

I haven't received the ITA but I went ahead and booked an appointment for PCC at Paspport Seva Kendra in Ghaziabad and I got a slot for 02 June 2021. PCC should be valid for 6 months and it might take a month for them to process it.Has anyone who received ITA submitted their applications yet?
How can we get PCC? Lockdown keeps extending.
Any updates on what to do with Medical? Has upfront medical started happening again?
Did you check why you didn’t receive nomination? Based on post from @fernandopn was there anything mentioned about specific condition of nomination?I haven't received the ITA but I went ahead and booked an appointment for PCC at Paspport Seva Kendra in Ghaziabad and I got a slot for 02 June 2021. From what I have read online some people got their PCC on the same day, but some had to wait for the local police station to verify and that took around 2-4 weeks. Now because of the current situation and lockdowns this timeframe may increase. So I'm trying to plan ahead.
I would recommend after you get nomination but check with some expertsCan I change the application now or should I do it after I receive the nomination?
IRCC sent ITA on Wednesday and I got nominated by Ontario on Thursday, So I missed it by a day.D

Ontario doesn't randomly select your program. Once you are nominated by Ontario you are eligible for a program called "Provincial Nominee Program".Now my agent says that even if I get nominated by Ontario, it is up to the Ontario government to decide if I receive the nomination in a PNP round or in a Federal Skilled Worker round. Provincial Nominee Program | Not Met | ? |
Canadian Experience Class | Not Met | ? |
Federal Skilled Trades | Not Met | ? |
OutlandThanks for sharing and congrats!
Did you apply inland or outland?
It is not only about the cutoff, it depends on the type of draw. There are three draws: Foreign skilled workers (FSW, which is for overseas people, but it is currently on hold), Canadian Experience Class (CEC, for those who have at least 1 year of Canadian experience), and Provincial Nominee Program (PNP, which is for people who have a provincial nomination).I think if you meet the cutoff score that's enough. And if you get the nomination then you will be able to easily clear the cutoff. Your agent is right about the timeline, it is not possible to see the timeline. We estimate the timeline based on our own diligence in checking the website. If we check it every day and, on a specific day, we suddenly see a new status, we assume it has changed on that day.Hi,
